Hero into Antihero
In modern times the anti-hero is exemplified in various mediums. Comic books. Graphic novels. Visual media. All of these portray heroes as a flawed protector.
Classically speaking, the notion of anti-hero was not characterized by the modern portrayal of the hero. Heroes were personified by a strict moral code.
In current times, heroes have fallen from the excessively benevolent and morphed into the everyday man. The heros is in existence now bearing all of the faults and flaws of a mere mortal. Despite the recently developed shortcoming, the new version of hero, the anti-hero, continues to accomplish the mission of overcoming evil.
